What is it I need to do today

This is a powerful statement to ask yourself, and then maybe a thousand and one things pop into the mind. Some will eventually get done, and others will be left for another day, which is okay, since we all have schedules to follow in various formats.

Today, I was writing down what I needed to do, my thoughts, and actions, and it was like a To Do List.

Though with the energy added to my thoughts, actions and choices it is more a Progress Report.

Because each action flows into the next as a positive tick of light, when we have achieved the tick, it is like a release and resolving that part of the list.

One of the tasks on my progress report was to declutter the bathroom cupboard. After completing it, I found a bag full of towels and another with bed linen that I no longer needed. It felt so good when we put the other things back there, there was space and light in the cupboard.

The towels are going to a charity for Hedgehogs care, and the bed linen to another charity for the homeless.

The ticks are a visual focus, and achieving them was a bonus for us, as it will eventually help others.

We can use the same list as part of our thoughts for our actions to eat better, be more active, lose a bit of weight, write or read more, it covers so many actions that we bring together on the To Do List or even more powerful Progress Report.

How do you do your list?
