It is 100% soft and joyful, and flowing easily

to us all, simply by being You.


There are times when we feel we are not producing a small sparkle

that can change a person's life or world.

In the journey of our lives, it does not need a profound gesture,

it can be a smile, a chat, a compliment or a gentle hug.


Small exchanges of energy can grow within someone,

being there and relighting their candle of life.

It can open their hearts to all possibilities and release old shadows.
